About Our Club
Founded in 1871, and situated in the heart of Rainhill Village, we are Clubmark accredited by the ECB and an ECB disability cricket champion club.
We have 5 senior weekend teams, midweek Last Man Stands team, and womens teams. A thriving junior section, including, U9s, two U11 teams, two U13 teams, an U15s and an U18s team.
New members are always welcome – whether you’re new to cricket, or a seasoned player, we have something to suit everyone.

Captained by Jamie Harrison, our first XI play in the LDCC First XI Premier League.
Captained by Darren Tyms, and playing in the LDCC 2ndXI Second Division.
Our academy team play in the Sunday development league, and is made up of juniors eligible to play open age cricket.
Our Sunday recreational team is captained by Simon Gibson.
Last Man Stands (LMS) captain is Panchu Xavier.
A global phenomenon, LMS is an 8 a-side, 2 hour long T20 game, designed for amateur cricketer of all abilities.
Rainhill’s LMS team were the Warrington and District LMS champions in 2021 and 2022.
